If you focus too much on outcomes, get overwhelmed by distractions, and or feel like you lack intrinsic motivation, then this course is for you. You will learn how to focus on what you can control and block out distractions so that you can get dialed in on game day and consistently perform at your potential.
The Resilient Athlete
If you get frustrated or deflated by adversity, thrown off by things not going your way, or go into downward spirals and slumps (perform inconsistently), then this course is for you. You will learn how to bounce back from adversity and make the most out of your situation so that you can play fearless and consistently thrive in competitive environments.
The Confident Athlete
If you lose your confidence when you don’t get the outcomes you want, worry about what other people think, or are consistently too hard on yourself, then this course is for you. You will learn how to let go of seeking other people’s approval and develop an accurate self-image so that you can overcome your inner doubts, trust yourself, and consistently perform with confidence.
COMPLETE MENTAL TOUGHNESS COURSES
The Mentally Tough Athlete
If you want to improve all 4 core mental skills: focus, composure, resilience, and confidence, then this course is for you. You will learn how to strengthen your mental toughness and unlock your potential. Recommended for athletes of all sports and ages. Parents are encouraged to watch & reinforce modules for younger athletes.
The course includes: 10 modules, 25 exercises, and, as a bonus, 1-month access to our group zoom calls.
The Mentally Tough Hockey Player
If you are a hockey player and want to improve all 4 core mental skills: focus, composure, resilience, and confidence, then this course is for you. You will learn how to strengthen your mental toughness and unlock your potential. This course provides practical examples and recommendations specifically for hockey players so that they can optimize the application of the strategies and tools. Recommended for athletes of all sports and ages. Parents are encouraged to watch & reinforce modules for younger athletes.
