Strengthening mental toughness, like any skill or habit, takes time and effort (i.e., education, guidance & accountability). The habits we build with athletes are not limited to sport, because these are life skills, and the habits they have in one area of life will trickle into other areas.
The Elite Program provides an efficient combination of 1:1 and group sessions, resulting in greater accountability and a 6-month commitment to building sustainable habits.
Before starting a program an athlete will complete the CEP Mental Toughness Assessment and review it with one of our coaches in an introduction session. This helps the athlete better understand their current strengths, opportunities for growth, and how a program will benefit them and their performance.
