The 1-on-1 coaching sessions (in person, zoom, or via phone) are schedule based on your schedule/needs (i.e., important events). Your coach will recommend which option will be the best fit for you and how the sessions will be structured. The 1st session is generally 1 hour and the remaining sessions are 30 minutes.

We promise you will be satisfied with your program and see the results. If for whatever reason the program is not working for you, you can stop at any time. You choose a program that you plan to complete, but you are NOT bound to completing it – we understand that sometimes things change, and we don’t want you to feel that you are locked in. Please note that if you stop early you may have to pay for services rendered as our programs can be front-loaded. If you pay in full, then there is no refund.

In addition, the skills and habits we build with you are not limited to sport, because these are life skills, and the habits you have in one area of life will trickle into other areas. We often work with athletes on their mindset and attitude with school – working on this in turn also helps create the right mindset in their sport.
